We took our guests, the Driest Family from Holland, up Mariepskop for an adventure activity during their stay @sunsetgamelodge and they loved it!!

Mariepskop is one of the highest peaks in the Northern Drakensberg (1947m) and highest point of the Blyde River Canyon.

This incredible family made us feel at home in our own lodge. From the moment the Driest Family arrived at Sunset they made themselves at home in the way we love all our guests to do! This leads to a relaxing visit for all involved. It was a pleasure to take them on a Bush Drive on the Guernsey Private Nature Reserve and explain our role as owners in the Greater Kruger Area. From touching and smelling leaves to close inspection of animal dung, they were intrigued and enjoying each moment. We can only hope that our paths will meet up again!
